Here's a really simple and easy to cook recipe that I created one day just purely by accident.
I like to call it Beef Bites because you cut the meat into smaller pieces and use it as a main course.
What you'll need:
One package of Beef For Stew
Mrs. Dash Original Blend Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
Meat Tenderizer
Smart Balance Light Butter & Non-GMO Canola Oil Blend Spreadable
You can add different types of seasonings to make it your own personal touch. I also buy my packages in bulk from Sam's Club. Normally I can split up one package and get at least three meals from it. So for example I paid about $12.00 for roughly about 3lbs of meat so it's about $4.00 for a good meat meal!
What I do is very simple.
1. I cut the pieces of meat up into smaller pieces and I also remove any tough fat from the meat.
2. I simply add the cut up meat to a pan and add just a little bit of my favorite Smart Balance Light Butter & Non-GMO Canola Oil Blend Spreadable to help it simmer. While it's in the pan I add some Meat Tenderizer Seasoning along with my personal favorite Mrs. Dash Original Blend Salt-Free Seasoning Blend.
3. I let it cook for about 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally. After about 20 minutes I take a piece out of the pan and cut it open to check and see how done it is.
Bonus! If you want you can add Worcestershire Sauce while it's cooking or you can always add some A-1 to your plate and dip those beef bites in it!
Voila! A very simple and easy meal! I like to cook some green beans, mashed potatoes with it but of course you can choose any side dishes you want!
