Well folks I finally kept my word and here's the official first video from yours truly. I hope you enjoy.Well this past week has been a bit hectic in my household. In my life everything seems to come a knocking at all one time which is okay with me.
I've been dealing with my insurance on the soft spot in my slide out and of course they denied my claim stating they won't cover previous dry rot although the floor is wet so it's not like it was "previous" as they so claim- but whatever. The claim is in dispute right now so while I can't say much more on it just know a lot more happened with the story than what I'm able to tell you folks right now. Next up on the list, remodeling has been in full swing around here. We've removed the CD Player and speakers and made more room which I am superbly happy about. We also looked at similar 2003 floor plans and actually found out that some did have a washer/dryer option in them so we started redoing our basically coat closet. We've put in additional shelves, removed the coat hanging rack and plan on having someone come out and look about the cost of having a combo washer and dryer installed depending on price estimates. Pictures will be coming on the latest remodeling work. I've also been doing some spring cleaning. Yea somehow or another it always feels good each year to just go through my cabinets and make sure I donate anything I'm not using or get rid of things that somehow accumulated inside of this RV. Regardless it's also a good time for yearly maintenance on the RV to begin and a good spring cleaning of the windows, cabinets, etc. We also bought some more of that foil stuff to start doing some more windows in our home. I'm afraid to think that Texas heat will be returning quicker than what I prefer so hopefully I can have a better start to preparing our home. We'll be working on that project maybe this weekend so once we tackle it, I'll share some photo's of that too! Well folks, I hope everyone out there has been having safe travels and doing good. Each week I find myself a bit more tired and slowly but surely a little less energetic. Just a few more weeks to go and I'll be a mommy! Till Next Time.... The Camper's Wife Yesterday afternoon I checked my mail and found this robin's egg blue envelope with a return address from Indiana. For the life of me I couldn't figure out who it may be from. Between my husband and I we do have family all over the United States so that was my first thought. Come to find out a handwritten note thanking me for my letter that I had wrote a few weeks ago about my Keystone Montana 5th Wheel was received and read. The product manager of the Keystone Montana line took the time and wrote me a simple but what I consider a heartfelt message.
Folks, I'm sure most people could care less but in a time where we see so much bad and hardly any good I thought it was OUTSTANDING! I also loved the fact that it wasn't some generic letter that everyone receives. When a company takes the time to personalize something the words just mean so much more. I have so much more respect for the Keystone RV Company simply because they took the time to read, listen and respond and in this day and era you don't find that hardly anywhere. I blacked out the gentleman's name for privacy as I have always said that unless permission is provided I will never show the name but the note itself I loved! Talk about a business that has earned my loyalty for life. Now I will start searching for the bunk houses he suggested. Thanks for responding Montana! Okay since I'm not the greatest with some of these social media applications let me just explain briefly what's going on.
The Camper's Wife officially has it's very own Facebook Page! I have finally got it set up and I hope worked out all the technical problems I was having. Please feel free to drop by the page and give me a like and comment on the new page. Right now everything is still a work in progress but in the future if new changes need to be made then I'll certainly cross that bridge when it comes. The direct link to the page is mentioned right below so I look forward to seeing y'all join me on Facebook as well! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Thecamperswife/1374398429534038 For now, I certainly appreciate the followers I've had join me on Twitter. Thanks to you guys and gals, when I had hit the number 50 I kept my word and created the Facebook page! So a major THANK YOU goes out to all my followers on Twitter! I also wanted to add that I set up a personalized e-mail account so if you do want to contact me and don't want to use the form you now have another option.
