If you've been reading our story and some of the trials and tribulations we have incurred you would think we sound like we have no idea of what we are doing but does anyone really know everything at first? No you don't. However, I do expect that those individuals who actually sell, service and assist with RV sales understand their basic job duties as that's what they are getting paid for right? I know some of these stories you have read might make you think we are just out right idiots but honestly it's not like it crosses your mind everyday such as something like what's for supper or the bills you have to pay. I started this blog to help other campers and to help other women who RV full time such as myself. Sometimes I think I should have bought a RV for Dummy's book as some of the things I've experienced have made me so mad at myself but then again I just look at it as a learning experience and to move forward with it.
I've learned that in today's society customer service doesn't really mean that anymore. Yes, I've worked as a Call Center representative for over seven years and still had questions come across me that left me stumped but I've always done my best to assist someone in the best way possible. I've yet to decide if I will return to the selling dealership to purchase a new camper when my husband and I decide it's time to upgrade. While my faith was restored somewhat my trust was lost. I try to think this dealership did what they did because they truly wanted to help but a piece of me wonders if they did what they did to steer clear of a lawsuit? Regardless things are now back to somewhat normal but that thought lays in the back of my mind.
