You have to admit the title is quite a tongue twister or at least catchy (haha). Anyways, finally talked with my insurance company this afternoon and started the claim process for the problem we found in our slide out. Of course they record the call which is fine with me as I'm taking notes and typing as we spoke on the phone. Yes, I'm extremely fast when it comes to typing speeds. I will say I was shocked when I got a phone call about a hour maybe 2 hours after filing my claim from some guy who will be coming out to do the inspection.
I will say I'm not looking forward to that aspect as I'm sure the language barrier if you catch my drift on that will be a bit interesting. When I spoke with the guy who will be doing the inspection he had to ask me what a Keystone Montana was and that already tells me he has no clue what he's going to be doing. He tells me he wants to come out tomorrow afternoon so we shall see if that happens.
Anyways folks, I just wanted to provide an update as to what's happening with the soft spot in the slide out. Hopefully tomorrow I can take some pictures from the outside so you can see the extent of what we are dealing with. I will update this story once I have more information!
